Direct Support Professionals
Our Direct Support Professionals are the backbone of Langley.
In 2024, our Direct Support Professionals provided over 45,000 hours of support for the individuals in our programs.
Our dedicated Direct Support Professionals provide guidance and support to the individuals in our residential and community support programs. Together, they work on honing daily living and community access skills like grocery shopping, managing finances, using transportation, and maintaining social relationships. With our small Direct Support Professional-to-individual ratio, our Direct Support Professionals build lasting relationships with the individuals in our programs. We are proud of their dedication to our community and the level of care they provide.
