Many people have jobs, enjoy hobbies and other activities, complete daily chores, and strive to be a positive influence in their communities. They enjoy participating in the Special Olympics throughout the year including sports such as basketball, bowling, skiing, and more. Literacy Club, run by the Junior League of Washington, is also a popular activity. During Literacy Club, everyone works on reading and life skills while having the chance to socialize with one another. Most recently, a Drama Club was formed where people get a chance to show off their acting skills.
